I’m Lainy Peralta, LMHC, a licensed mental health therapist located in Altamonte Springs, Florida, providing in-person counseling for adults throughout Central Florida, including Lake Mary, Winter Park, Apopka, Casselberry, Sanford, and Orlando.
I specialize in helping clients process and recover from the emotional impact of trauma, stress, grief and loss, relationship breakups, and major life or work transitions in a compassionate and supportive environment.
🧠 My Integrative Approach
I use a blend of Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) — two evidence-based methods proven to help clients heal from trauma and distress.
I also integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), which helps clients understand and heal the protective parts of themselves, and Sand Tray Therapy, which offers a creative, nonverbal way to process emotions when words alone aren’t enough.
This integrative approach supports healing on every level — mind, body, and spirit.
